Deskripsi Kerja
TOSHIBA TRANSMISSION is seeking a motivated Procurement Assistant to support our procurement activities. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting in sourcing and preparing price comparisons
- Issuing and processing Purchase Requests (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs)
- Following up with suppliers on delivery status
- Coordinating with internal departments on material and part needs
- Assisting in resolving material and part issues
- Maintaining procurement records and filing systems
Requirements: Minimum SPM/Certificate/Diploma, strong computer skills, and good interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential. Open to Malaysian females only.
Salary: RM 1,900 to RM 2,100 per month, with EPF, SOCSO, annual leave, and medical benefits.
