Key Responsibilities:
- Subject matter expert in contact center operations.
- Develop and deliver training programs for agents.
- Monitor interactions for quality assurance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Analyze performance metrics for insights.
- Assist agents with challenging inquiries.
