Deskripsi Kerja
Job Description:
Join GD Express Sdn Bhd as a Customer Service & Logistics Specialist. In this role, you will ensure all orders are completed accurately and packed per customers’ requirements. Responsibilities include managing shipments, executing online orders for premium items, and providing customers with consignment notes to track their orders. You will also handle packing with care, applying appropriate labels for fragile items, and maintain communication with the monitoring team.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification with 1 year of working experience
- Minimum Diploma qualification in any field
