Deskripsi Kerja
Join our team at JEV Management & Trading as a Customer Service Representative! Your primary responsibility will be to handle all inbound calls, emails, and live chats related to customer inquiries and feedback. We aim to exceed customer expectations with exceptional service.
Requirements:
- 6 working days with a 24-hour shift rotation.
- Minimum SPM qualification.
- Proficiency in English and BM.
- Willing to work weekends and public holidays.
- Location: Johor Bahru.
