You will ensure that safety and efficiency standards are maintained while coordinating with team members to achieve production goals.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of mechanical operations, and the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, along with excellent communication skills.
