Nestlé believes in providing opportunities for young talents to make an early impact. Our Apprentice Programme is a 12-month initiative aimed at equipping fresh graduates with the essential skills to thrive in a fast-paced business environment.
As an apprentice, you will support innovation in product development, processes, and packaging while overseeing technical releases. We seek candidates who:
- Are fresh graduates with less than 1 year of experience.
- Hold a CGPA of 3.2 and above.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Are interested in gaining hands-on experience in the FMCG industry.
- Can commit for a minimum of 12 months.
