Deskripsi Kerja

Key Accountabilities: Provide positive direction and guidance to customer care staff, achieving departmental and company goals by meeting KPI metrics set by the Customer Care Head of Department (HOD).

Job Responsibilities: Oversee Support Group personnel, ensuring smooth operations of the Call Centre, educating and managing Customer Service Executives, supporting management with performance reporting, minimizing downtime, and managing customer interactions professionally.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 – RM4,100.00 per month
