Deskripsi Kerja
Job Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with customers to secure payment plans.
- Execute Collections actions including legal measures and settlements.
- Collaborate with teams to coordinate Collection activities.
- Meet individual and team KPIs.
- Undertake additional projects as assigned.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- 2 years of collections experience.
- Knowledgeable about bank products.
- Strong digital banking tech skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Job Types: Permanent, Contract (12 months)
Pay: RM3,00.00 – RM4,00.00 per month.
