Deskripsi Kerja
Location: Bandar Medini
- Free shuttle bus service provided (Skudai, Tampoi, Larkin Sentral, Bukit Indah, Taman Universiti, Gelang Patah, Nusa Height, City Square)
Compensation Package:
- Salary: Up to RM2,800
- KPI/Attendance allowance: up to RM400
- Shift Allowance: up to RM300
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound communications regarding customer inquiries, complaints, and issues related to our products.
- Assist customers with Grab services, payment issues, and app usage.
Requirements:
- Able to attend rotational shifts (24/7)
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
- SPM leavers and fresh graduates welcome – full training provided.
