VIVA BESTARI INN SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated Guest Relation Officer (GRO) to enhance guest experiences through exceptional service. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, managing interactions from check-in to departure. Your responsibilities include welcoming guests, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and liaising with various departments to ensure satisfaction. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
Position Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 – RM3,776.84 per month
