Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking a dedicated Executive Domestic Manager to join our team at DHL. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing shipments, adhering to SOPs, and ensuring exceptional service to our customers. Key responsibilities include managing supply chain performance, addressing customer escalations, and preparing timely reports. Candidates must possess a Diploma and have 2-3 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry, particularly in road freight.
Essential skills include excellent time management, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. This position is based in Medini Iskandar, Johor.
