Deskripsi Kerja
Setia Corporation Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Assistant to join our team. You will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, handling orders, returns, and complaints promptly. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries while maintaining accurate customer records. Support documentation and assist with after-sales service requests.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 – RM2,00.00 per month
Benefits: Free parking, health insurance, maternity leave, and opportunities for promotion.
Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday, with on-call and weekend jobs. Overtime pay is available.
