Deskripsi Kerja
W&L Asia Sdn Bhd is seeking an enthusiastic E-Commerce Sales and Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you will manage customer interactions through email, chat, and phone while ensuring a positive experience by promptly resolving issues, providing product information, and assisting with order-related queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is a plus
- Willingness to work flexible days
Job Type: Full-time. Salary: RM2,800.00 – RM3,800.00 per month. Schedule: Monday to Friday.
