Deskripsi Kerja
BBT Hotel Sdn Bhd – Premiere Hotel Klang is looking for a dedicated Outlet Supervisor. Candidates should have a strong knowledge of the Micros POS system, a passion for exceptional customer service, and the ability to evaluate reports for effective store action plans. Responsibilities include supervising daily operations and guiding associates.
Qualifications: SPM/Diploma/Professional Certificate in Food & Beverage Services Management, with at least two years of restaurant experience or three years in the hotel industry.
