Deskripsi Kerja

Salary: MYR 4,00 – MYR 8,00 Per Month

Location: Rawang, Selangor

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Vocational Certificate / Diploma in any related field.
• 2+ years of experience in product R&D or technical applications in the beverage industry.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Candidates with coffee product R&D experience or barista competition awards will be prioritized.
• Strong knowledge of coffee blending and beverage product development.

Responsibilities:

• Collect product testing samples and coordinate with customers for formula design.
• Conduct customer product testing and provide technical support for applications.
• Improve and optimize beverage products for quality, taste, and market competitiveness.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and conduct market research.
• Develop customized product solutions and conduct on-site demonstrations/training.
• Analyze market feedback and sales data to propose product enhancements.
