TÜV SÜD is seeking a detail-oriented Academy Operations Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate training logistics, manage class operations, and support daily administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include maintaining training records, updating registration systems, managing client communications, and ensuring smooth post-training operations.
You should hold a minimum Diploma in Business Administration or a related field and have 1-2 years of experience in training or education operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital systems such as LMS and TMS is required, along with strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
