Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations and staff activities.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service, especially for new parents.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Help train and mentor staff in customer service and product knowledge.
- Assist with stock management and store organization.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,00.00 – RM4,00.00 per month
