Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare lease agreements and ensure compliance.
- Conduct market research for pricing strategies.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Real Estate Management.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
