Deskripsi Kerja
Damansara Heights Dental Centre Sdn Bhd/Sim & Hooi is seeking a Front Desk Customer Service representative. Requirements include proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese (mandatory), English, and Bahasa Malaysia. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Prior customer service experience is advantageous but not required. Strong communication skills, good phone etiquette, and basic computer knowledge are essential. Responsibilities include managing receptionist duties, preparing staff schedules, and overseeing inventory.
Benefits include annual leave, EPF & SOCSO, dental treatment, and medical insurance after two years (T&C apply). This is a full-time, permanent position with a monthly salary ranging from RM2,00.00 to RM3,500.00, plus overtime pay.
