Deskripsi Kerja

JEV Management & Trading is seeking a dedicated Company Secretary to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and maintaining statutory records, handling company incorporations, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure compliance with the Companies Act.

Qualifications:

Member of MIA / MACS / MAICSA / MICPA
Member of the Malaysian Bar (LLB)
Licensed Company Secretary (LS)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,00.00 – RM4,500.00 per month

Minimum Age of 18 Years
