Deskripsi Kerja
Ormond Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Front Office / Guest Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess an SPM or equivalent, a pleasant personality, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for ensuring a positive experience for our guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and assisting with guest inquiries efficiently. A strong customer service focus is essential.
Requirements include the ability to work shifts and during public holidays, as well as familiarity with hotel room categories and up-selling techniques.
We offer competitive pay ranging from RM1,800.00 to RM2,500.00 per month, along with benefits such as dental and health insurance, overtime, and a quarterly bonus.
