Deskripsi Kerja
Job Description:
- Conduct service reminders through SMS and phone calls.
- Communicate with internal staff for effective service.
- Coordinate and book customer appointments.
- Follow up with customers post-service.
- Address customer concerns.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/Certification/Diploma.
- Relevant experience preferred.
- Positive attitude and good communication skills.
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
