Deskripsi Kerja

Join BlackSire as a Quality Assurance Executive! In this role, you will conduct thorough audits of live chat interactions to ensure adherence to quality standards, provide feedback to customer support representatives, and review website content for accuracy. You will also participate in monthly calibration sessions, audit sales calls for communication quality, and analyze customer support metrics to identify areas for improvement.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary range of RM3,00.00 – RM3,500.00 per month. Benefits include dental and health insurance. Work schedule is Monday to Friday, during the day shift, at our office.
