SF GLOBAL EXPRESS (M) SDN BHD is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative in Bayan Lepas. The role involves managing all inbound and outbound customer interactions with a professional and friendly approach.

Responsibilities:

• Providing consultative support via calls and email.
• Addressing inquiries and offering solutions in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
