Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking a dedicated Multilingual Customer Service Support professional to join Anchora. The ideal candidate will assist Medicaid members, ensuring their continued enrollment and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Medicaid members’ caseloads for timely recertification.
- Ensure patient satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Respond to inquiries and maintain accurate documentation.
- Follow up with existing patients.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English, Mandarin, and/or Cantonese preferred.
- Ability to work US hours (9AM-6PM EST).
- Strong customer service skills and positive attitude.
