Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant HR Manager to oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will assist in developing HR policies and provide guidance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications include at least 4 years of HR experience, preferably in retail, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field is required. Knowledge of Mandarin and Bahasa is preferred.
This full-time position offers a monthly salary of RM5,00 – RM6,00, along with benefits.
