Deskripsi Kerja
We are looking for a dedicated Supervisor to oversee daily branch operations and ensure compliance with company SOPs. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing daily operations and staff schedules (cashiers, store assistants, stockroom).
- Supervising cleanliness, product layout, and overall store tidiness.
- Ensuring adequate stock levels and organized shelves, while managing inventory.
- Providing excellent customer service and training staff for improved service quality.
- Ensuring safety compliance and proper equipment usage.
- Guiding new staff and assessing ongoing staff performance.
- Generating daily/weekly reports and communicating with management.
