Deskripsi Kerja
Join Bureau Veritas as a Service Desk Analyst! In this role, you will provide Level 1 support, assisting users with configuration, troubleshooting, and functional queries. Utilize our ITSM ticketing tool to manage incidents and requests while following ITIL practices.
We’re looking for candidates with a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fields, 1-4 years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills in English. Familiarity with O365 and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in our 24/5 shift environment.
