We are seeking a Guest Service Supervisor at Holiday Inn Melaka! You will manage front office operations, overseeing check-in/check-out services, and ensuring service excellence.
Requirements: 2+ years in hotel Front Office, supervisory skills, English proficiency, and a pleasant personality. Must be Malaysian and able to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
