Deskripsi Kerja
Join TESTQ Technologies as a Service Desk Specialist! We are seeking candidates with 5-8 years of experience for a 100% onsite role from day one, with no remote option.
Qualified candidates must be proficient in both Japanese (primary) and English, with strong communication skills and technical expertise in the Windows desktop platform.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to client support requests and identifying issues.
- Troubleshooting desktop and laptop hardware/software issues.
- Providing support for OS, Office, basic applications, and antivirus clients.
- Managing user accounts in Active Directory.
Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, MIM, and excellent communication skills are essential.
