Deskripsi Kerja

APOLLO RUBBER SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will:

  • Attend to customer inquiries, complaints, reviews, and feedback through calls and emails.
  • Build a friendly and helpful relationship with our customers.
  • Respond to customer queries promptly and accurately.
  • Assist Sales & Marketing superiors/QMR/DP in preparing data analysis.
  • Help in couriering samples and shipping documents to customers.

Qualifications: Positive attitude, Diploma in Business Administration or related field, immediate start preferred.

Pay: RM1,800.00/month. Benefits: Health insurance, maternity leave.

  • Minimum Education of High School Diploma
  • Minimum Age of 18 Years
  • Able to Work Under Pressure
  • Physically and Mentally Healthy
