Deskripsi Kerja

We are seeking a Receipting Specialist to enhance our Cash Apps processes. The ideal candidate will focus on continuous improvement, analytics, and effective task transitions. Key responsibilities include processing bank receipts and cash transfers, managing customer remittance advice, investigating payment-related queries, and executing timely end-of-month closing activities. The candidate will also control credit exposure for cash accounts and ensure effective payment allocation.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, a minimum of 3 years of Credit Administration experience, and advanced MS Excel skills. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
