Deskripsi Kerja

Mindpec Solutions is seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to enhance our IT support team. As the first point of contact for technical inquiries, you will troubleshoot and resolve incidents to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level IT support via phone, email, or chat
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues
• Monitor IT systems and manage incident resolution
• Escalate complex issues to relevant teams
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
• 1+ years of IT support experience
• Fluent in English; Mandarin/Malay preferred
• Familiar with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)

Full-time position with a salary range of RM3,00.00 – RM4,500.00 per month. Benefits include health insurance.
