Deskripsi Kerja
Ichor Systems, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Procurement Specialist to enhance our procurement practices through the use of software and new technology. The successful candidate will manage deliveries and escalations of assigned commodities and suppliers across multiple manufacturing sites.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining accurate ERP records, quotes, and item masters.
- Executing purchase orders in a timely manner.
- Establishing daily relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Identifying delivery constraints and implementing corrective actions.
- Managing returns, repairs, and excess inventory for assigned commodities.
Applicants should support Asia time zone requirements and provide non-binding forecasts to suppliers.
