Deskripsi Kerja

Company: RCSI Management

Salary: RM 2,800 – RM 3,400 + Allowances

Location: PJ Trade

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Hours: 9 am – 6 pm

Job Scope:

Interact with customers, assess their needs, gather information, and follow up on issues.

Qualifications:

– 1 year of IT Helpdesk experience

– Proficiency in spreadsheets and word processing

– Experience with Microsoft Windows and networks

– Linux and Mac OS familiarity preferred

– Troubleshooting skills
