Deskripsi Kerja

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Identity Specialist with a required proficiency in the Mandarin language (write/read/speak). The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of identity and access management mechanisms in Microsoft 365 environments.

Responsibilities include managing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions while being familiar with Azure Active Directory, User Provisioning, Group Management, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). A working knowledge of OAuth, SAML, and OpenID Connect is also essential.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,075.36 – RM7,00.00 per month

Language Skills: Mandarin (Required), Bahasa (Preferred)

Work Location: In-person
