DM Mobile Telecommunications SDN BHD is looking for a Customer Support Associate to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound calls for customer inquiries and feedback.
• Provide exceptional service and accurate information.
• Collaborate with the team to meet KPI targets.

Requirements:

• SPM qualification required.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training provided.

Benefits: 5-day workweek, EPF & SOCSO contributions, sick and annual leave.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month.
