Deskripsi Kerja
Thai Odyssey Management Services Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Front Desk professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will handle incoming and outgoing calls and walk-in customers, schedule therapist sessions, promote our massage packages, and manage customer bookings efficiently. Strong interpersonal skills in English and Malay, along with a good customer service attitude, are essential.
Requirements include a minimum SPM qualification, willingness to work shifts, and prior experience in a similar role is preferred. We offer a competitive salary ranging from RM1,500.00 to RM2,300.00 per month, attractive incentives, and benefits such as dental insurance and opportunities for promotion.
