Deskripsi Kerja
Amari SPICE Penang is seeking a dedicated Assistant Front Office Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our front office department. Responsibilities include implementing SOPs, managing guest requests and complaints, overseeing opening and closing duties, and coordinating Team Member schedules.
The ideal candidate will inspect guest areas, prepare incident reports, and manage room key control. This full-time position offers a salary between RM3,500.00 and RM4,00.00 per month, along with benefits such as health insurance, maternity leave, and professional development opportunities.
Work is performed onsite in a rotational shift schedule.
