Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for Technical Support in Piping at NOV Inc. The successful candidate will lead and mentor a team of piping engineers and draftsmen, providing technical guidance and coaching in fiberglass piping design for the shipbuilding and offshore sectors. Responsibilities include managing the TSG team to deliver prefabrication spool drawings, overseeing team performance, fostering a positive work environment, and identifying opportunities for development and improvement.
Applicants should have a degree in Engineering (5 years’ experience) or a Diploma (8 years’ experience) in piping design, along with strong communication skills and proven team management experience.
