Recarts Imaging Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to be the first point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will handle inquiries, complaints, and support issues through various channels including phone, email, and WhatsApp. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction through professional and courteous service, while identifying areas for enhancing the overall customer experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
Location: Petaling Jaya (Preferred)
Expected Start Date: 08/01/2025
