Deskripsi Kerja

Responsibilities:

  • Engage in sales and troubleshoot computer software/hardware.
  • Install and configure hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
  • Resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Provide customer support and ensure issues are fully resolved.
  • Respond promptly to service requests.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
  • Willing to work at Plaza Alam Sentral, Shah Alam.
  • Valid driving license required.

Compensation: RM600/month for full-time; RM300-RM600 for internships, based on experience.

Schedule: Rotational shift, contract of 3-6 months.
