We are seeking a skilled and motivated Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal advice and support across various departments to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, managing disputes, and advising on corporate governance. A strong understanding of corporate law and excellent negotiation skills are essential.
The successful candidate will possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and effective communication skills are required.
