Deskripsi Kerja
We are HB GLASS & ALUMINIUM SDN. BHD., seeking an Admin Executive to join our dynamic team. The role involves providing essential administrative support, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and organizing filing systems. You’ll be responsible for preparing tender documentation, issuing invoices, and coordinating shipments with freight forwarders and customs agents.
Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, proficient in Microsoft Office, with at least 2 years of experience in logistics or admin roles. Education: Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business Administration or related fields.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: RM3,00.00 – RM3,500.00/month | Expected Start Date: 08/02/2025
