Deskripsi Kerja
Location: Kempas, Johor Bahru.
Internship Duration: 3-6 months
Join our team as a Customer Service Intern and support our customer service department in addressing inquiries through various channels. You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, assist in preparing delivery schedules, track reports, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Job Requirements:
- Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
Pay: RM900.00 per month.
