Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver world-class customer service while responding to queries and concerns via outbound calls.
- Assist and update customers with upgrade requests, baggage inquiries, delays, and cancellations.
- Respond to and manage customer feedback and complaints effectively.
Requirements:
- Minimum educational requirement: SPM
- Fluent in English or Bahasa Malaysia
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior experience needed.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: RM2,100.00 – RM2,800.00 per month
