Deskripsi Kerja
Metro REC Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Building Executive to oversee maintenance and services within our facilities. Responsibilities include supervising handymen and administrative assistants, collaborating with service providers, developing performance benchmarks, and managing preventive maintenance plans. The ideal candidate will promote strong public relations with all stakeholders, prepare monthly reports, verify service agreements, and coordinate billing and collection issues.
This position is a full-time contract with a duration of 12 months. The salary ranges from RM2,00.00 to RM2,200.00 per month, requiring in-person work.
