Deskripsi Kerja
Join our team at Desans Solutions Sdn Bhd as a Customer Service Executive! We are looking for diligent individuals who are passionate about e-commerce and digital content.
Location: Desans Solutions Sdn Bhd, Johor
Qualification: Minimum Diploma
Salary: RM1,900 – RM2,500 (commensurate with experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Main Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries on TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada.
- Manage our affiliate program and assist affiliates.
- Handle offline orders and support TikTok Live sessions as needed.
