Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking a dedicated UCMDB Technical Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of IT infrastructure and the ability to manage and optimize our Unified Configuration Management Database (UCMDB).
Key responsibilities include troubleshooting UCMDB issues, implementing updates, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity. The successful applicant will also be responsible for developing automation scripts and integrating UCMDB with other ITSM tools.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in scripting languages are essential. Experience with Configuration Management processes and UCMDB knowledge is highly desirable.
