Deskripsi Kerja

SWM Environment Sdn Bhd is seeking a Customer Relations Management Assistant to handle public complaints and manage our CRM system. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing public complaints and updates in SWM Responz.
• Inputting work obstruction reports into the SPKK system for SWCorp.
• Preparing daily/monthly KPI and public complaints reports.
• Coordinating communication with supervisors and taking necessary actions.

Requirements: Diploma in Communications, strong computer skills, willingness to travel; preference for residents of Cheng.

Contract: 3 months, starting December 2025, salary RM2,00.00 – RM2,200.00/month. Benefits: Health insurance, in-person role.
